URH awarded upto £1.7m CERT funding to support energy efficiency
URH are proud to announce that they have received a grant of upto £1.7m from 'CERT' (Carbon Emissions Reduction Target).
The money will be used to undertake cavity wall insulation and roof / loft insulations across the 4 estates within URH. We will target blocks where we will be undertaking other external works so as to maximise use of the grant.
This is a major achievement and will help reduce fuel bills for residents by making their homes more energy efficient.
