Volunteers Needed
Would you like to take part in a focus group during the URH mock inspection on Thursday, 10 January 2008? If you are a tenant, leaseholder or freeholder of any of the four URH TMOs then you qualify. Childcare will be paid for and refreshments will be provided. Please contact your TMO or call URH on 020 7582 9469 or download the form, to register your interest.
What is the purpose of the focus groups?
The inspectors watn to find out what you think about the service your TMO and URH are providing.
What will I be asked to do?
Have an informal chat and answer a few questions.
Who will be part of the focus groups?
Other residents like yourself from all four of the URH TMOs and the inspectors. No member of staff will be in these focus groups.
