We are offering some free places on Food Hygiene Certificate Training in Lambeth for people who are have attended the Lambeth Green and Sustainable Communities Workshops and Green Community Champions. To apply please complete the form below and return to Sue Sheehan at ssheehan@lambeth.gov.uk

Please pass on to anyone in your organisation who is involved in the preparation of local sustainable food who might also benefit.

Places will be given to people who best meet the criteria in the questions below. If demand is higher than expected then we will try to organise additional training, in accordance with our funding criteria. Sue will process the applications early in January 2012.
