Paying your rent or service charge

To find out how to pay your rent and services charges online visit the Lambeth Council website.

Rent arrears

The tenancy conditions, which you sign at the start of your tenancy mean that by law, you must pay your rent regularly and not get into debt. If you do not pay your rent on time or you do not pay at all we will have to take legal action and we could end your tenancy.

If you are a council tenant you can pay your housing rent online.

Housing benefit overpayment

If you have been paid too much Housing Benefit by Lambeth you can pay back the difference on the Housing Benefit overpayment page.

We do not currently offer the online payment facility for your rechargeable works (section 20) invoices.
